Carrier's state of the art systems, accessories, and products meet the highest standards for performance, comfort, and efficiency, and Carrier holds their approved dealers to the same degree of excellence. Only those dealers that meet Carrier's strict criteria--including high standards for EPA certifications, insurance and liability coverage, and employee training in repair and installation procedures--are authorized to sell and service Carrier products.
Steve's Five Star Service is one of the few dealers to have earned this distinction. We have access to the full line of Carrier products, and our large local inventory includes Carrier heaters/furnaces, air conditioners, thermostats, indoor air purifiers, and other HVAC products. All our Carrier products are priced at a great value, and we also have access to special financing options with approved credit on qualifying purchases.
Courteous, Knowledgeable and Respectful
I called Steve's yesterday at 12:30 with concern that my AC was working sporadically. I really thought I would be put on a waitlist. To my surprise a technician arrived at 1:00. He spent about 1 1/2 hours thoroughly checking the air filter, thermostat, coolant, vents and contacts. John diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my AC. He was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely call Steve's again if future service is needed and request John Wayne.

Great to Have a Cool House Again
Just wanted to give a shout out to these guys. The phone receptionists are great. My service people were prompt, gave me a run down of all my options, and performed excellent service on my central A/C in my mobile home at reasonable industry prices. Great to have a cool house again with all this summer heat! I will be using these guys again for my home needs.
